1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Canva Chart Plus app (“the App”) on the Canva platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Canva Chart Plus is an application designed to enhance chart creation capabilities within the Canva platform. The App is provided “as is” and is subject to change without notice.

3. Canva Platform Terms

Your use of Canva Chart Plus is also subject to Canva’s Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Canva’s terms, Canva’s terms shall prevail.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App or the Canva platform.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Canva Chart Plus app itself, including but not limited to its software code, design, trademarks, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

5.2 User-Generated Content: Any content created by users through the use of Canva Chart Plus, including but not limited to charts, graphics, and designs, belongs entirely to the user who created it. We claim no ownership rights over user-generated content. Users have full rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify their created content as they see fit, subject to Canva’s terms of service regarding content created on their platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the App or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update or change the App from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
